Air Arabia suspends European routes from Tétouan without explanation

Travelers were caught off guard by Air Arabia’s sudden suspension of several flight routes linking Moroccan cities to Europe without any official statement from the airline.

Although Air Arabia has not issued any statement, its official ticketing website shows all flights from Tétouan to Spain, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands disappearing from May onward.

It remains unclear whether these are temporary suspensions or permanent cancellations.

Previously, the company had quietly dropped routes like Tétouan–Málaga and Tétouan–Bilbao, and never launched its announced Tétouan–Lyon connection.

Booking systems also list inactive routes to Montreal and Fez, deepening uncertainty around the airline’s regional strategy.
